"Lovely room we stayed in(rye). Looks like it was a living room in it's past life. Lovely decorations and styling. Loved all the hares! (Not hairs). Really comfy bed. Dog hairs evident on the sofa and on the floor in some areas though which is is a negative. No fruit hardly at breakfast, lovely croissant and toast though, please don't charge for supplying lattes, I didn't have a big breakfast at all as I don't eat meat so I thought that was unreasonable for the price."

"Cottage room was nice, clean bathroom. Staff lovely, especially in the breakfast area. Very good breakfast, menu order & buffet. Lovely views of golf course. Great location for seeing the area. The spa area is poor. Really uninviting & needs a deep clean."

"Excellent quiet location. Traditional pub atmosphere with log fire welcoming you on arrival. Breakfast was superb especially the eggs royal."

"Great place 2 mins walk to the beach Nigel and Simon were very friendly and Simon had 2 of his owls with him, which was a thrill to see!! Room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. My only gripe was £30 additional cost for our small, non malting dogs."

"Lovely room, very clean. Very pleasant and helpful staff, will definitely be a returning customer 😀"

"The property was dusty wallpaper ripped whole in the wall behind the door dusty mirrors filthy bathroom looks like mould WE COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER AS THE BASE FILLED WITH WATER BEFORE IT COULD DRAIN CERY UNCOMFORTABLE BED AND MATTRESS DID NOT FIT BED BASE"

"Stayed for one night on Saturday 17th October. The accommodation wasn't quite as expected, but a pleasant surprise. What I thought we were getting was a 'normal' double room. However, it was in fact a whole apartment overlooking the wonderful Minster. The accommodation was very spacious, warm, comfortable and close to all amenities. The actual building is rather old, which reflected on some of the fixtures and fittings. The windows were the original old sash type and actually opened. However,...

"I had a beautiful big double room looking out over the sea. Despite the hotel being busy, it was quiet and I slept amazingly well. The staff were all very kind and helpful. It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre. I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :) Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. Wasn’t enough hot water to fill the bath at night, but that could be due to...

"Altogether a splendid experience. Would certainly return when in that part of Norfolk."

"the free eggs benedict was the best ive ever had, hotel was beautuful and so much charactor, wonderful staff, clean roon, and even offered Netflix!"

"Its a quirky building and we had to duck a couple of times. The room was clean and comfy with all the amenities required. The restaurant offered a good selection and did cater for Gluten Free. We ended up having a very enjoyable 3 courses with drinks. The complementary breakfast was delicious too. All the staff we interacted with were polite and lovely but the star was Zoe. She showed us to our room, made sure we had a table near a breeze in the restaurant. Made recommendations and was so...
