"Super efficient check in. Nice touch with a free welcome drink. Rooms and hotel really bohemian and quirky in design. Spotlessly clean. Staff really friendly. Only downside is the noise from the DLR. But otherwise, absolutely first class! Breakfast was plentiful and really good. Lots of choice"

The staff were so pleaant and helpful and friendly, Breakfast was wonderful offering a very wide choice to select from. I would deinitely recommend a visit to this hotel and if I am back in London I would certainly stay here again. Also, for a shopper like me, the proximity to a huge shopping mall, icing on the cake!"

"You charge 13 pounds for cold breakfast and 18 for hot breakfast. How about don't charge for cold breakfast. Don't even offer it. And pay the extra money for better internet. I did speed tests that only gave me 1--4 Mbps... come on. This isn't dial up anymore. You can pay the extra $100 a month for better internet and recoup your expense by charging an extra 25 cents per room per day to cover this cost and some. "
