"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. "We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. The beach nearby is one of the nicest in Goa, super quiet and lovely white sand with the water perfect for swimming. Iqbal drives...

"The view from the room was outstanding, with green fields, water buffalo and the sounds of birds. The sea was just a short stroll away and was glorious. The pool was lovely and clean, although there weren't many sun beds and only one umbrella. The staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. "

"Can't fault the staff or service, but we were disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. We arrived to toothpaste splatters on the bathroom walls, spills on the cabinets and greasy prints on the doors. The staff were very kind and responsive to the request for extra cleaning however. We did also have issues with the shower not sealing properly at the bottom so the bathroom floor would flood whenever we used it. All the grout was mouldy and leaking.
