"Clean, quiet , and friendly "

"The property was fine. The Azalea restaurant was closed which was disappointing. The main problem is the big nearby hospital. Sirens were going every hour day and night. Not the staff's fault, but bring a noise machine if this sort of thing disturbs your sleep. "

"Very unique property. Perfect location. Very friendly & helpful staff. Room was spacious but just a shame it didn’t have a coffee maker. Great choice of bars from the rooftop bar to the speakeasy plus the restaurant bar. Restaurant was good. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting Asheville. Great hotel."

"Concierge lady had no idea what parking options were. Suggested we do street parking then said never mind it’s only 2 hrs. We arrived and she never confirmed the location just responded “I hope so” to us saying “I hope we’re in the right spot.” She did nothing to help either of us. Esp my mother with her bags, which wouldn’t be an issue, but she said it was her job prior. No front desk staff available upon check-in for a while. Housekeeping always left items behind. Other than that great food!"

"All the staff at the front desk were super nice and friendly. They also always greeted our dog. This property was very pet-friendly. It was also clean and quiet. The parking is a little high (25/night), but we knew that going in and it was still a good value with the room cost. We also walked some places, so the location was great. "

"Your hotel is lovely however your housekeeping department is abysmal at best. My room was never really serviced - counters/sink never washed, toilet paper removed from bathroom, desk top not ever cleaned! Sheets in a 5 night stay - never changed! Toilet/shower area smelled like urine! I spoke with Dexter Hazel regarding my room never being serviced at all on 4/5/26 requiring me at 9:30pm to request towels, washcloths, cups/creamers! Your hotel may be a boutique hotel but it’s still not Howard Johnson’s nor are your prices! I would never recommend your hotel to anyone! "
