"We reserved a room for 5 people. We were given a room with 2 queen beds. When I spoke with the front desk about a cot/roll away for our 5th person, they shared that the cot was downstairs and they had no way to get it upstairs/no elevator. So they gave us extra blankets to make a bed on the floor for our 5th person to sleep in. Not great and should have advised us on that when we made the reservation. Hot tub also out of service so didn't get to use that. Breakfast was okay."

"Everything was ok, but the noise from the room above ours was extremely annoying 3 different times at night talking and sounded like stomping for about an hour at midnight and again at 2:30 in the morning and again early morning. But otherwise it was alright"

"Great location, walking distance from dinning and shopping, quiet, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast. Had to paid for parking which was surprising because there was a lot of parking spaces. That was the only bummer."

"The rooms exceed my expectation"
