The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The front staff not so pleasant, wifi not easily accessible,they only give you 1 room card. Dirty packaging of facial wipes in the bathroom. No microwave in the room.

The street noise is terrible in our fifth floor room. But, with the blower we got to sleep by 10:15 PM, only to be shocked awake at 10:30 PM by screaming, hollering, yelling, pounding, and running in the hallway. I called the front desk feeling a bit fearful for our safety, I told the man, who said, "Sorry, a soccer team just checked in and they should quiet down after a while." A while became three more phone calls and another hour. The lady who came on shift about 11 was more sympathetic and tried to help, but the team didn't listen to her and the noise continued late in to the night. We requested another room, but they would not accommodate us. I want a refund but was told that since I booked through a third party, that wouldn't happen.

It is a good concept for travelers looking to for a good price vs value deal. We choose a regular room with king-sized bed.The hotel room was on the small side, but it was clean, included a nice sized bathroom/shower, a min-frig, desk, and big screen TV. There are many works spaces to choose from in the lobby. Breakfast was included and while choices were limited the food was good. They also have a well appointed 'mini-grocery' section with more choices than more expensive hotels. The staff were friendly.

Maintenance Man to Room 412
I had a nice check in experience, the front desk clerk was friendly. The room looked nice and was clean. However, not all was good. The pillows and pillow cases seemed old and a bit worn. The main problems were in the bathroom and they were safety related. The toilet seat was so loose that it could be wiggled side to side several inches. My wife almost fell off the toilet when she sat down. I centered the seat and tightened it myself. Housekeeping had to have ignored this for a while before it got this bad. The safety bar in the shower pulled off of the top connector when I tried to steady myself while washing my feet. The set screw was not tightened at all. The design and materials of the safety bar were sub-standard. Luckily my wife and I did not have any accidents but it could have gone very badly. Also in the shower, one of the mounting brackets for a soap dispenser came off and fell on the floor. What appeared to be a good hotel experience ended up leaving us quite unsettled. Room 412 needs a visit from the maintenance man.

The property was clean and well kept. Excellent customer service, however the breakfast was awful. I had to spit the eggs and the sausage out, I felt as if I wanted to throw up. The sausage didn't taste like food at all and I really do not know what the "eggs" are made from.

The room only has 3 pillows. I had two guests. We stayed 2 nights and the room never got cleaned. The website says checkout is noon but actually was 11. Good thing I requested late checkout.

The room 204 had what looked like splatter on the floor.. so the floor was not mopped.. the toiliet seat was loose and dangerous... the handle on the shower door was about to fall off.. and the room had a weird musky smell.
