They charged me for something I never was able to take a big blanket j was walking and had no reason to take a big blanket when I had my own and the room stunk like poop because the couch had poop in it like it's never cleaned up for yrs.

Staff was not friendly. Hotel was very ran down. I was almost attacked by a boxer that was running around the hotel with out a leash. Then was threatened by a guest. I brought my concerns to the staff to not care and acted like my safety was none of their concern. He ended up leaving after an hour of checking in because the AC unit wasn’t working and they were not going to accommodate and not give us her money back. He had to get a different hotel last minute.

I had random people knocking on my door all hours of the night. Even made a phone call at 6 am to the hotel desk becasue there was a fight going on outside. I checked in at 1030pm friday. Paid until sunday. Left sat at 4pm due to not feeling safe. Currently battling trying to get a refund because i felt unsafe and they seemed more upset about that than their guest being harassed. I even have a video of a random man knocking on my door when i was out in my car. They expressed 0 remourse.

First of all the air conditioning system doesnt work n whole place. I got ate up by bugs. Definitely a total rathole. Not a single ice machine worked. The entire hallway smelled like urine. It was a complete misadvertisment and management said exactly, "i dont care."

The pics on Expedia show a decent hotel You will be deceived!!!! Place is very dirty full of people i believe were on drugs hiding in the shadows of the building and dogs that barked all night. Dried blood in bath tub, tv didnt work no remote couch had stains all over it. Didnt sleep due to all the noise inside and outside the hotel room. Thankfully the car wasnt vandalized or stolen, and noone broke in and robbed us.

This place has become a getto! A lot of people living at the motel. Very noisy. Smells like weed and mildew…could be that there is a weed dispensary in the lobby! WTH!! I will not stay again and wouldn’t recommend it to my enemies.

This hotel is not worth staying in. Had mice running throughout the room at night..the bedding had burn marks, and the property said it had a pool..well it did but it wasn't functional..so no swimming for my kids..won't stay at this place again.

Place was disgusting. AC did not not. Smelled of smoke, vomit and cat piss. Left just after checking in. I would’ve slept in my vehicle before staying there. Photos on the website are lies. Did not receive a refund and was still happy to leave. Found a cheaper room down the street that was much better and as advertised. This place should be imploded as it’s time has clearly passed

Okay I wasn't expecting to be put in a murder mystery room but that's exactly what it feels like with the attached smells to go along with it and like I'm afraid to touch anything I don't want to move from the spot I'm in because I don't want to get any more contaminated and I'm so glad that they're police officers outside patrolling in case they try and kill us cuz there is a Serbian dance guy outside my room dancing all over the place
