"Check-in and check-out was easy. Wasn't aware of the bond. Parents need to mindful of their little ones in the hot tub there was one family of so many little kids under 8 that were in there in thier own and jumping off the high rocks"

"This is such a lovely retreat, all credit to manager Kelly and her family. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and it was much appreciated. The refurbished rooms were nice, clean and warm and the private shower was awesome. We had an awesome time and were lucky to see two kiwi on the grass near the bush even though it was raining, and we heard lots more. It was really magical!"

The apartment has everything we needed for cooking and eating, as well as plenty of bedding and towels. The staff when above and beyond - they were extremely friendly, kind and helpful!
