"Lots of parking with a lovely team at reception. Currently having construction underway but no doubt it is worth it as the family room we stayed in was gorgeous! Pools were in great condition. We will definitely come stay again."

"Wish we had read the reviews. We probably wouldn't have booked. Definitely not value for money. No real amenities, not even a bar of soap in our ensuite room. No tv, pretty much a bed and towels. Water was lukewarm in shower and we were worried it was going to flood until hubby used his foot as a plunger for drain . Pub music only played till 11pm thank goodness."

"This property is on a real working farm in New Zealand, with happy contented cows watching you come and go. We were treated to in-house preserves of jam, and a lovely welcome. It was especially helpful that this accommodation was a short drive from the Hobbotin movie set, which we had visited earlier that day. So we reached our destination on the winding country road before it got dark; very convenient. We were 2 adults but would definitely recommend this spacious accommodation for families."

"Super cute hotel to stay for a quick getaway. Was pouring with rain and freezing cold the whole time we were there so didn't make the trek to the hot pool which was a shame. Next time!"

"Very disappointed, bathrooms were dirty, bathtubs with stained, muck on roof, no towels in 2/5 rooms and only 2 towels on the other 3 rooms even though we booked for 4 people on each room. Power went off in one room all night, staff had to get someone to fix. Check in was not done with ease, as the one paying for rooms I didn’t get the receipts as they sent it to the emails of the other adults which created more admin for me. "A surprising find and well worth staying here in a quiet cul de sac. Not far from Tauranga central and other amenities. The owners were great and helped us navigate the area. Breakfast was more than ample, quite a feast."
