"My husband was in Kelowna for a medical procedure and we were treated very well. They gave us a room that was very spacious and the bathroom was well equipped with safety bars. We were located right next to an exit so it wasn’t far for my husband to walk. All in all everything was great."

"Only issue find is that you do hear traffic noise if you are on the side of the building that faces the main road. I have stayed multiple time at this hotel and in rooms in the backside of the hotel and it much quieter. I am not if another layer of glass on the windows would cut down the street noise… that said I will do enjoy the stay and price of the rooms."

There is no where to hang things, no where to put toiletries. The blow dryer was very wimpy and covered in dust. "The comfort inn is a fairly decent hotel- but was WAY overpriced when we stayed in the beginning of May. We stayed in a pet room- which was what we needed at the time. The bathroom floor was not clean, the toilet kept running when you flushed, the second sink out of the bathroom was clogged and overall- the room looked a bit tired with peeling wallpaper and old furniture. The breakfast was very good however- and the friends we were with said the hot tub was nice. It was quiet- and had plenty...
