"It looks like you're stepping into the 1970's when you arrive. But everything has been updated. Very clean. Storm came through and took the sign out. But my whole family was at the comfort inn a mile away. They lost power and all left before the wedding ended. We didn't, stayed and had a great time. Huge refrigerator, Huge"

"The property was nicely decorated but there was no staff. Two of the towel racks were falling off the wall and there was only one trash can. We had to go down the hall to the kitchen to throw away coffee cups. We weren't told we needed a pin to check in. We found out when we got there and called them. We got the pin and info about parking via text. This was listed as a bed and breakfast. We received a voucher to the Comfort Inn breakfast the first day. The second day we got nothing. They...

"This property was completely rundown and outdated. No elevator and didn’t appear to be handicap accessible. I am surprised that state agencies would even let them function. The rooms were so filthy. It looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. It was so nasty in fact I did not even stay there and packed up and drove all the way back home all through the night. If I wasn’t in such a hurry to get home, I would’ve probably asked for my money back, but I’m sure they would not have refunded."

"The hotel was easy to find and located at the Living Treasures Animal Park. You check in at the gift shop. The room is like a cabin and very beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. When we got there our room was very warm, so we lowered the air conditioning. It didn't cool things off, so we went to the office and they sent a lady to help. "Horrible experience. Microburst lost power in entire town. Young kid at front desk was left with no help. The Mgr never showed up to help. Was suppose to call a list of clients who left due to no power. Becky Hamilton General Mgr lied and said she was never told to call us all back. Being told Im getting credit but waiting to see if Mgr did what she advised or just tried to get me off the phone. Don't stay here. Stay in New Stanton which is 6 mins away and has several lovely hotels."

"From top to bottom, Pedlar's was excellent. Rustic rural setting along a fantastic trout stream. The house was very well maintained and furnished. The kitchen was very modern and well equipped. Our room was perfect. The bed was comfortable, we had a TV and the WiFi was fast. Our bathroom was clean and plentiful towels were furnished. Breakfast was ample. Dan was friendly and helpful. The stay could not have been better."

"After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater."
