Location is great, in center in town!!!!! Beautiful old building is falling apart, cold and slippery in bathrooms, no elevators. Badding, mattrassess, pilows, needs update.

Great location

Can't beat the location (the hotel is within two blocks from Deribasovskaya and about a ten-minute walk from the Opera House) and the price! My mom enjoyed their breakfast, but I didn't appreciate the instant coffee. Overall, very good for the price.

Атмосферное место в центре Одессы

Гостиница старая, от этого атмосферная. Включён континентальный завтрак (блюдо на выбор) с доступом к небольшому буфету. Кофе растворимый. Местоположение отличное, в двух минутах от Дерибасовской. Нам сделали апгрейд до полудуркам на все три ночи, что мы останавливались, поэтому был кондиционер. Без него летом трудно)

Problems with cleaning rooms

The hotel has high ceilings and an advantageous location.But the work of some chambermaids is rather unsatisfactory. One of the rooms had brown towels. I have been replaced by white. But the next day, during my absence in the room, they were replaced again with brown ones, and at the same time no trace of cleaning was observed! The room was absolutely not cleaned !!! I urge you to inform chambermaids about the standards .

The old hotel in the city center

The building is located in the historic center of the city. The numbers of one category may differ significantly. First settled in the room where there was no closet for clothes or bedside tables. Unfortunately, in the same room jammed the door to the bathroom. The breakdown was fixed on the same day, but such faults may adversely affect safety. Cleaning is done every day. Replacement of towels, bed linen and soap is carried out on time. In general, the hotel stay was at a decent level.

Pay attention to the state of plumbing!

The location of the hotel lives up to its name. But in my room there were problems with the plumbing. The faucet in the shower staggers. Water from the tank continuously flowed into the toilet, which creates a ringing sound all day and night. Appeal to the master of plumbing did not bring good results - the malfunction has not been eliminated. I really hope that the state of plumbing will be improved!

Avoid the rooms facing the front. !!!!!

For the price it seemed reasonable, and probably can be for most, if you avoid the following:- My room did not have a private shower/wc (shared with another room). No air conditioning, And the shoe shop next door blasted very loud beat music all day right under the window. Traffic and Church bell noise was also intrusive at times.

I didnt understand. I arrive estou to check-in. Thats ok. I have to wait. Bit europeans tourists too and made yours check-ins. And I waiting and waiting. I thank I suffered preconceito. In my first night I received bad informations foi by night recepcionist about airport bus. But in the next da everything charges. Other tema. Very good informations. About city, restaurants, buses. And my check-out was perfect.

Vervallen hotel, midden in het centrum

Hotel is redelijk vervallen. De kamerdeuren hebben allemaal verschillende hoogtes en zijn totaal niet geluiddicht. Mensen die over de gang lopen/praten zijn gemakkelijk te horen. Badkamer was enorm groot, je zou hier gemakkelijk twee extra bedden in kunnen zetten. Er liepen wel kakkerlakken rond in de badkamer. De kleine badkamer op de kamer is handig. Locatie van het hotel is goed: midden in het centrum!

WORST HOTEL EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE

First of all worst hotel ever in my 55 years of life. I got back pain sleeping on bed.Bed cushiin was completely worst it was flatten in centre got backbpain since 4days. Pillow is like heritage sofa cushion. No room service No Fan or AC in the room, No lights on staircase, No proper Wifi. Paid $40 a day it is not worth for $5 a day. PLS DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. hotel w dwupiętrowej ,starej kamienicy z ciekawą historią,znakomita lokalizacja.Mój pokój nr 214 bardzo przyjemny,przestronny,wygodnie urządzony,wygodne łóżko,czysta pościel,lodówka.Łazienka-całkiem wygodna,chociaż jakość jej wykonania to ciekawostka nawet dla niefachowca.W hotelu spokojne,międzynarodowe towarzystwo,głównie młodzi. Całkiem przyzwoite śniadanie,do wyboru omlet lub jajecznica,wędlina,ser żółty,płatki,ciastka. Bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa-recepcjoniści i ochrona.Odessa piękna i ciekawa,pobyt bardzo udany.
