They didnt have the room i reserved and paid for. When i contacted Expedia to cancel resetvation and give me a refund to go somewhere else they told me after 30 minutes of waiting that they were not able to reach the hotel. The desk man was in frony of me whole time and phone never rang. I was forced to check in to another room and had to oay more money. Then the room they put me in the fridge didnt work, tv didnt work, toilet broke, no towels, no soap, no trashcans, and dead bugs in bathtub. When i complained of all these things they called me a troublemaker and that i complain about everything. I will never use Expedia again for not resolving this situation and causing a horrible experirnce.
