Its very noisy because the do construction in the hotel and i couldn't sleep well, i complained to the manager but still not stop the drilling without given notice or any apologize.

Sehr sehr kleines Zimmer 6 qm. Abstellraum.

Das Zimmer bestand aus einem 6qm Raum. Wollte tauschen und wurde von Tag zu Tag verdrössest. Toilette und Bodenbeläge waren dreckig. Waschbecken defekt. Und und und. Nie wieder.

Das Zimmer war schön und gross, Balkon nach hinten (ruhig, aber ohne besondere Aussicht). Badezimmer mit Dusche zweckmässig. Es gab Frühstücksarten zur Auswahl, wobei alle sehr ergiebig und schön angerichtet waren. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend (sowohl Reception als auch Bedienung). Sauna- und Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön! Kompetentes Personal für Beratung und Massagen. Integriertes Restaurant mit vielen Drinks und Speisen. Das 25m-Becken erlaubt richtiges Schwimmen. Fazit: schönes Hotel.

מלון מצויין יםה שירות מעולה אדיבים מאוד כל הצוות המיקום מעולה לא רועש ובמרחק קטן מגיע למדרחוב שרועש אבל כיף לבקר שם . אצלכם כתוב 8 דקות משדה תעופה זה לא נכון 21 דקות . אבל לא נורא אם משתמשים בהובר זול מאוד

The hotel was amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially ladies at the restaurant and cleaning staff. The breakfast was good, the room was clean. Overall had a great stay. The only problem is- Orbitz says guests can use the gym and spa facilities which is not true, you have to pay around $29 for a gym/spa visit each time you would like to go.

Completely dissapointed, bad management. It was impossible to stay in the room all day due to restoration works. Disappointing management, because unwilling to solve the issue. I have paid for being in vacation and rest and I have ended up in a nigtmare where was impossible to stay in the room and relax. I have spoken several timex with the management and they have been uncapable to find any solution. Overpriced the early check-in; swimming pool available under payment of extra. This hotel is a nightmare never again, they have lost a costumer.

Hotel was good. Execelent location. Personel where very helpful. Good food in the restaurant with reasonable prices. The first floor of the building is hotel, the rest is apartments for politicians and wealthy people. My room was a little outdated and had some renovation in the floor above me. The hammering and drilling started 9-10 and kept going for hours. Had no wifi conection at all in my room. My friend did not have these problems with his room. The breakfast was sparse.

Want my 50 euro back

I rent the room in this hotel the spa was includ it, when I did arrive the hotel mannagment ask money for the swimmimg and the spa, they got from me 50 euro, I talk to them by phone you said to me that I have to send you the faktura, I will includ the 50 euro as a bill to give me the 50 euro back to my account

Insane Layout for Hotel Part

This is primarily a spa...and everything is geared to serve spa customers. The hotel on the other hand, it difficult to navigate to. In order to get to your rooms, you have to walk through the restaurant. Only there are two restaurants, one for the hotel and one for the spa. This is not readily apparent to a first time customer. Once you have found your room, you realize there is a set of elevators bear them. They go down to a second lobby...that does not serve the hotel! You cannot check out there, and the staff speaks very little English. Once again, confusing for a first-time customer. Apart from this, the hotel is gorgeous, the rooms spacious and comfortable. the decor is tasteful and current and the furniture is all new or in excellent condition. The staff that I dealt with prior to my arrival was wonderful. She emailed me several times and accommodated my pickup from the airport after it has been delayed, then canceled, then six hours later re-scheduled.
