Fremragende er ordet der dækker mit ophold. Mindre morgenmad buffe men der var rigeligt. Champagne, cogniac, og vodka hvis man er til en dram om morgen. Super service!! Dog er der ikke meget wellnes så vælg ikke hotellet hvis det er højt prioritet! Ligger blot 30 minutters gang fra strandproponadej og 20 minutter fra togstationen.

Location was the best part of the stay, Excellent and central to most everything. Front desk staff not friendly at check-in and usually made it seem like you were bothering them even though the place was empty, on site restaurant very expensive but good. Bartender was the exception as he was extremely friendly and helpful and I didn't even consume alcohol.

This apartment has a bedroom and you can see it in the photo. We offered you different categories of the rooms and suites, but unfortunately you did not want to stay. Awesome hotel for business,romantic,family trips!!
I visited to Odessa by job reason and this a hotel was a surprise for me . Over affordable Price !!! Friendly stuff !!! Very taste a Breakfast !!! A very nice location in a Odessa's city center !!! Sow nice a decoration and furniture!!! Strongly recommended this a hotel everybody for business, romantic and family trips!!!

Good afternoon dear guest.According to your reservation you booked Single Standard room.We have offered an upgrade to the rroom with double bed but you refused.Accorfing to the rools oh our hotel guests can have visitors but they have to showe their id cards on the reception. Hilariously bad place and I feel ripped off. I had the “best room” first night: the bathroom light switch didn’t work, the air conditioning didn’t work Next day: they “fixed” the light switch (it immediately started to fail again btw). They told me that the ac is central so it can only reduce temp to the temp outside (like, you know… a window). They sent the handyman to explain. I had set the FAN on high. He repeated what the front desk said. Then told me that the “high” FAN setting meant the temperature would be high. He didn’t know how to use the ac controller. I pretended I believed him so I could get to work. Next day I tried to take shower. The hand held shower head sprayed water sideways, drenching me and the bathroom. It got worse, the water was cold. Called them. Ten minutes later I’m naked, wet, cold and the handyman knocks. At that point I just told them I was leaving and that I’d like what I paid for the remainder of my stay back. They said that my room was “non-refundable.” I’ll never again assume that air conditioners, light switches, shower heads and hot water work when I prepay an orbitz hotel. There is actually no public pool and sauna. They have those in their family apt which is often occupied by other guests.The gym and spa and restaurant are a comedy. Read the other reviews. Fraudulent description of hotel to get 5 stars on Orbitz. BARELY a 3 star.

No any room complained about cold water and we have checked your air condition and it was working proprietary. We hope that your mark was not influenced by your changed plans because you did't complain anything during you first 3 days of staying.

Terrible Hotel
I arrived in the hotel and it was unbelievable since the begginning. No upgrades rooms and the room was smelling really like someone that didnt take shower for months. I asked to change but still they would like to charge. I had to call to Hotels to change it. Breakfast was normal and never changed each day. I decided to come 1 day earlier to Brazil and of course no refounds. At check out the lady was really impolite saying that I was hiding to pay a juice from the amenities of the room and my refrigerator was empty everyday. It wss a waste of money and time staying in this hotel!!!

Dear Philippe! We are really sorry that You were not satisfied with Your stay. Unfortunately while high season there are not many opportunities to make upgrades. Our housekeeper checks every room before each check in. Next time You can book a room of a higher category and check in on Your own before check in. Very nice staff and very good food in the restaurant. Everyone had a good understanding of English and they where all very pleasant staff

This is a 3 stars hotel, the type of hotel you have to wait for someone to check the minibar before the checkout. No SPA, horrible breakfast, no LGBTQ friendly.

I travel often and have logged over 20 trips to Ukraine in the last ten years . I’ve stayed at all the 5 star hotels . This was my first time at California. I’m not sure how the stars are given to the hotels in Odessa . But , if your coming from the states this property is a 3-4 . But , that’s what can be expected at all of the 5 star hotels in the region. Location is outstanding, clientele are elite , menu is very good but room service moves to delivery around 11, breakfast is at 8 ( very late to US standard of 5 ) breakfast is good ( produce is not US standard but higher quality for region ) coziness is nice and entry level room is around 85$( what you would expect at 3 star US) but very small .. but, the staff is the best I have ever had in all my travels and what owners did to get a five star is up to debate . But , with room to improve the staff makes that up in a huge way . Ownership can thank the staff for its 5 stars . Operations ( room size,air filtration system,room service,breakfast time)and sourcing (produce)are opportunities and as mentioned . The staff cures managements oversight. As, more westerners are coming now to the region.
