I would recommend this hotel at Ocean Shores because the staff are Number one! Kevin, Brandon, the two ladies! All of the staff members were awesome! Thank them for making our stay easy and pleasant! "I read several bad reviews about this place, but my family and I had a great experience. I knew going into it that I booked a 2-star hotel, so I wasn’t expecting a luxury suite. Our one-bedroom room w/kitchen was very spacious - like a small apartment - had all the amenities I needed, was clean, and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool quite a bit. Don’t confuse old with dirty. It might be a bit rundown, but everything worked properly, room was quiet, and the beds were comfy…that’s all I really needed. Staff was also very friendly and I saw workers constantly cleaning and maintaining grounds during our 2-night stay. For the price, I would definitely stay again. "

"I was caught in the middle of the situation an old man have disagreement with a maintenance guy and both of them was yelling and screaming each other managers and receptionist they thought it was me I got kicked out for no reason The maintenance guy very aggressive he was yelling and causing and swearing like crazy manager should ask the cleaning lady she witnessed the situation I was up above right next to her and everything happened downstairs"
