You get what you pay for as far as the stay. 5 min walk to board walk. Fishing pier within 300 ft of room. Very simple place to stay. Ideal for a short stay. Rooms are tiny, but conventional. Nothing extravagant. The best part is how close you are to everything. Rooms are mid

Nice location, will be back.
I stayed at this motel for the October car show. If you are looking for a 5star this isn’t it. If you are looking for a convenient location this is it. Easy walk to anywhere on the BW. Also great views from my room (sitting outside). I backed my truck into the space and tailgated looking at the water drinking Woodford. Room was small, yes, but clean and appeared to be recently renovated. I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Because Maryland legalized weed, there was a constant smell of weed, but after dark on the BW it stunk of weed as well. So that’s not the motel’s fault. There is a private beach on two sides of the motel. I sort some time there as well as on the ocean beach. I will be back again.

Very nice and accommodating staff. Great location next to the inlet. Old-school local motel, but clean and a great place to stay for Ocean City events. Everything is walkable, park and leave your car. Excellent value.

Stayed for one night. Staff was polite. Air conditioning worked well but was a very noisy window unit. As for cleanliness, it was very disappointing! Did not feel comfortable letting my youngest nephew play with toys on the floor When we got there, we found an open coke bottle and open bag of ice in the freezer part of fridge. To top it off, the morning we were leaving my oldest nephew opened the microwave to find some old takeout…. It was not ours…

Das Motel ist super schön gelegen, mit toller Aussicht aufs Wasser. Der Boardwalk ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und hat schöne Shops. Toll ist, dass vor jedem zimmer Stühle stehen, sodass man draußen sitzen kann. Der Pool bietet eine gute Erfrischungsmöglichkeit. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön. Das Zimmer war lediglich etwas klein für 2 Personen und die Klimaanlage ziemlich laut. Alles in allem top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ok, but it's a no for me.
We had a great view of the inlet. We were on the second floor. There were a lot of stairs. The bathroom was very tiny. Room used a window AC unit but it kept us comfortable. The TV kept losing cable connection. The door had been warped by the sea air. Great big crack between the bottom of the door and frame. There were lots of people. Access to beach and inlet. We could fish. It's all about priorities.

Absolutely loved the location, walking distance within the boardwalk and of course, our own private beach/cove with a STUNNING view. Not to mention right next to jet ski rentals. The staff was extremely accommodating when we decided to stay one more night. Unfortunately, our bed sagged in the middle and our bathroom was ridiculously tiny. We had to suck our stomachs in to get into the shower because that’s how close the sink is to the wall. With that being said, if you need a place just to shower and sleep that comes with an amazing view (and quiet) would absolutely recommend this motel. It’s not the fanciest or most high end, but we would definitely come back.

we don't stay here for the rooms. We have been coming here for over 10 yrs. I have come here for business and with family. Usually the rooms are dingy, and pretty gross and run down. but we come here for the location. Last year was the worst room ever and worst service ever, I even had to complain. This year, I was so excited because our room was so much better, I think they threw a new coat of paint on things or something, but at least they looked a bit better. (furniture still very outdated and uncomfortable). I was very excited until it was time to go to sleep and realized there was an overhead light directly out my front window and the window next to my bed.. even with all the lights out, our place was completely lit up like it was mid day all night long. I just had to laugh... I covered my eyes and slept. :) the room was much better, the staff were VERY friendly this time ( i think there was a turn over in staffing thankfully) and everything was good as always. Location, location, location.... and yes... we will be back. I'll bring my eye mask!! :) (I remembered my sound canceling headphones for this trip!!) so not bad, not great.. but you cannot beat the view or the location. it is the best!!!

Stuff of nightmares.
This motel belongs in a horror movie. The entire outside of the buildings reeked like sewage. Inside the rooms, flies were everywhere. When we open the pullout couch, we discovered moldy cheez its and what can best be described as fecal stains. By far, the sketchiest place i have ever stayed. The staff was wonderful and the location was great, but if you stay here, prepare for the worst.

Grills there sucked. 45 mins to cook burgers and it wasn’t cooked all the way. Beds were not comfortable anytime someone moved the whole bed moved. Bathroom is way too small. Can’t even close the door unless you stood next to the toilet. Pull out couch was broken and when we got it out it was filthy. The sheets haven’t been changed. It sits next to a public parking lot so we can hear everything and see people changing behind the bushes of our room. People hanged their clothes in front of your door.

Loved the view of the water wouldn’t have liked inside room on ground floor. View of parking lot nice pool. Room cozy, not fancy. Did not like the fact housekeeping only did bathroom when cleaning Pool was very nice and clean.

It’s alright
The room we had was alright, was a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures. The rooms very much lack privacy, and and not very sound proof and the bright lights shine in from your door windows and there no option of turning them off or curtains. This is a good place if your just looking for somewhere to stay and don’t need much. If your looking for a decent nice place then I don’t recommend this spot.definitely could be better, just It’s lowkey a lil ghetto lol.

The hotel was so small, not very clean. We found a pill on the floor. This hotel I would say is not a place for families to stay. The room next to us they were partying all night long. Playing loud music, drinking and shouting all night. I finally had enough of it and at 3am called the front desk to have them ask them to be quieter. They said they would send security but no one ever came to talk to them. This lasted all night and morning. We got no sleep due to how loud they were. They walls are very thin you can hear everything the next room says. I would definitely not recommend this motel unless you are there to party. I will definitely never return.
