The property was overall ok. Cindy was very responsive. I have two recommendations, and that is to update the property, it was a little outdated, also please specify the amount of parking spaces available to the unit. The unit said it accommodates 15 guests, however 15 people can not fit into 2 cars. We had 9 people with 3 cars so my daughter had to pay $20 a night just to stay parked close to us.It would have been nice to get a heads up next time. However, we would definitely stay again. The location was good as well.

The property is at a great location less than a block away from the beach and boardwalk entrance and was close to a lot of good places to eat/drink. it was well maintained and accommodated a large group very well! a very fair price for a 4 bed, 4 bath house in ocmd! the only downside is that you have to pretty much bring all of your own supplies, very little is provided for you. we had to bring sponges, dish soap, paper towels, extra toilet paper, hand towels, hand wash, and we only got 2 garbage bags so we had to get more. so just make sure you come supplied and prepared! otherwise it was a great stay and we had great neighbors!

This place was the perfect location for fun on the beach and boardwalk. Just steps to both made it super convenient, and it was great that our entire family of 12 had plenty of room here. The only downside is that you have to take steps to get anywhere on this property so if you have a disability this could be an issue for you. There is no elevator. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely come back!

OMG….Cindy was the Host of the Most. She accommodated my family to the fullest even when we didn’t ask. We love her communication with us, she made sure that this and that was completed before our arrival. This wasn’t our first encounter with Cindy, we feel the more often you rent from them , the more you become a “Rental Family”! GREAT JOB CINDY AND WE WILL SEE YOU SAME TIME NEXT YEAR. BTW….My uncle said THANKS even though he didn’t stay at the house! SMH
