We reserved a hotel room in the Economy Lodge in Ocala, Orlando Fl and when we arrived it was being remodeled and they charge me for the whole price for nothing, we had spend the night on the road.
We had a Expedia confirmation but when we arrived, they told us there was no room and it was expedia’s Fault. The hotel looks like it needs a lot of work and is very run down. We were happy to leave and find alternate accommodations.
They refused to check me in, they said ‘i apologize but our computers are down and We have no rooms, We are 100% sold out. They will give you a full refund.’
They booked me and when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there was no vacancy that I have to call Expedia and cancel my reservation. I called Expedia to cancel my reservation for the hotel and guess what they didn't answer and charge me for the night anyway. So upset with the whole ordeal...

Place needs a lot of work the manager tries hard to keep everyone happy .
Tenía la reservación garantizada pagada y resulta que no había lugar por qué sobre venden los cuartos y dejan a los huéspedes si lugar a donde quedarse sin importar la situación
