This hotel was absolutely phenomenal. It was SO CLEAN, and the accommodations were impeccable. I would recommend this hotel over any hotel I've ever stayed in. In addition, it was in a wonderful location with plenty of restaurants around. The staff was extremely nice as well.

I thought that the room was excellent. The staff was great. It was clean. It was quiet. I only have two complaints. I did not get a bathtub as I asked and the TV and one of my rooms did not work properly but the staff did try to help

Seeing that it was only the 2nd night in operation, the place was immaculate. there were a few hiccups, but the staff handled everything perfectly. Will definitely stay here again my next time in Gainesville.

The staff was very friendly, very considerate. Special Omar he went out of his way to make sure we had a great hotel experience. The housekeeper Sarah was very polite, friendly the room was very clean and smell clean... Everyone from David Smith the G. M Tracey the A.G.M Brandy, the housekeeper, Ashly all so helpful and so polite to talk to . If you're looking for a home setting in a hotel, this is the place you have your own kitchen area and they have free washer and dryer. So you come with clean clothes and you leave with clean clothes. That was a big change from most hotels. We will be back.
