"We’ve stayed at Westgate Resorts in the past, and it’s truly a great place for the entire family. The only drawback this time was that some of the restaurants on the resort have closed. The room décor could also use a little updating, but aside from that, everything was very clean and reasonably priced. I’d personally like to give a special thank you to Sean from New York, a member of the staff who made a lasting impression on us. He was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the property. Thank you, Westgate, for helping make my husband’s birthday celebration and our stay such a memorable one! 🎉"

"This place was wonderful. We’ve stayed at the Reunion Resort for the last 5 years, however, these condos are fairly new. We traveled here during the gov shut down in late March and after a nightmare at airport, it was a fresh breath of air! I had reached out to their staff because our flight was changed and we were arriving super late so I wanted to give them a heads up so there would be no issues upon our arrival. There was an issues with the ac unit so we got an upgraded room. The nice thing about this situation is they must have checked the room to make sure there were no issues prior to our arrival in order to discover this. As for they knew we were having issues because we had already contacted them about the late arrival. They called me while I was still at The airport and told me what was going on but told me not to worry they had a plan in place and was upgrading us to a larger condo which was beautiful. Denae was very nice, professional, and made sure we were taken care of. She was really a fresh breath of air after the nightmare we experienced traveling. People like her are needed. We could Have arrived there after a long day of Traveling only to Discover there was no air in our unit which would have made our trip worse but instead her proactiveness completely turned our trip around."

"I've stayed here twice and each time the Heat and Air never works properly. It's either cold or hot sometimes you can put the heat on and it still blows cold air or doesn't turn on at all. "

"I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5 overall. There were definitely some great aspects, along with a few areas that could be improved. Pros: -Good, convenient breakfast with essentials like eggs, sausage, bagels, and cereal -Snacks and items available to purchase at any time, which was very convenient -Nice amenities including a pool, lazy river-style area, and activities like pickleball and golf -Overall a solid stay with a lot to offer Cons: -Room was very warm upon arrival and took a while to cool down -AC unit was very loud -Cleaning staff was quite loud gossiping/talking in the mornings -Shower pressure was just okay -Atmosphere didn’t always feel as upscale or relaxing as expected -Some guests’ behavior and strong odors in common areas took away from the experience Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great amenities and good food, but a few improvements in comfort and overall environment would make it even better."

"Didn’t get to enjoy the whole thing because they were working on it so much and of course that is not in the advertisement and then the surf thing. You literally only get 30 minutes the whole time you’re there so not worth it if you asked me and then a little bit of rain they shut everything down and the staff was so happy about it kind of rude. If you ask me as soon as how were the ones spending money."
