"Got it, here’s the revised version with that toned down: ⸻ We stayed at this Hampton Inn property and had a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. Unfortunately, the service and amenities did not match that standard. The staff consistently came across as rude and dismissive. It often felt like guests were an inconvenience, with employees frequently on their phones rather than engaged or helpful. The biggest issue was the hot tub. We specifically chose this hotel because of it and even called ahead to confirm it was working. We made it very clear how important that amenity was to our stay, and we were assured it was available. However, during most of our visit, the hot tub was not working and had signs posted. When we asked about it, both staff and management were unhelpful and at times combative, which made the situation even more frustrating. If a hotel offers a hot tub as an amenity, it should be properly maintained or there should be someone on staff who can address issues promptly. Overall, while the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice, the poor service and lack of follow-through on advertised amenities made this a disappointing stay."

"We really liked this modern, squeaky clean, not cluttered hotel. It furnishes just what you need - pool, exercise room, lovely breakfast (thanks for good tea), comfortable room with minifridge. Staff was outstanding - friendly & helpful (thanks Vera). Only downside is some rooms have noisy wall unit heat/AC fans, while other rooms have very quiet fans. Please - replace all the units with quiet fans and it will be a perfect stay! "
