"We did not stay. We were told pets were allowed and when we arrived cats were not. The area was unsafe, property was dirty, in need of repair and looked quite different than the photos they provide. I will be requesting a full refund as we did not stay due to the pet policy and hotel conditions."

"Hot tub was down. We booked two rooms. Room #1- cracks in walls, in shower and along the window. No extra sheets for the pull out bed so had to go down and get some. Phone didn’t work to call down and when you call the hotel ph# no one answers. Room was way too warm yet the AC was but only pointing ..."
