"Our room smelled like pet urine and when you turned the AC on it smelled very humid. We used the pull out sofa bed and it wouldn’t go back into sofa so we had to leave it out for our 2 day stay. We didn’t use housekeeping so we didn’t ask them for help. "
"A little disappointed I have stayed here past 3 times I have visited Berkeley and all three times disappointed after a long drive I like to relax in the hot tub and the water was lukewarm and the chlorine was so strong smelling it was hurting my eyes I couldn’t even enjoy it "
"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is walkable to many restaurants and UC Berkeley. It was a bit noisy with outside construction. Would definitely stay here again. "
