Stay Away and Beware of Evolve Travel
The property is a hazardous and in poor condition. The deck shown in pictures is worn out and gave splinters when walk on. The grill was not working and the propane tank was emptied, which we thought was the issue and replaced with a new tank but still could not ignite the grill. The cooking top and oven are old and dirty. The floor is sticky and stains are visible on carpet throughout. Spider webs are visible in the living room. Evolve Travel, the property manager for the property, was not helpful in dissolving these issues and provided bogus reasons in defending the property, such as claiming the property was inspected before rental but we provided pictures of worn out deck, stains, and molded bathroom.
