"Great location and comfortable stay. Helpful, friendly staff."

"The room was nice and clean. The towels were nice and clean and white. There were no bugs. So all good in my opinion."

"We stayed in this unit June 23-25 (2 nights). Overall we were happy with the unit and the area. The only problem we discovered came a few days after we left. One of our party of 4 discovered several small bites on her legs that got progressively worse over a couple of days, leading her to go to urgent care. The doctor diagnosed them as bed bug bites. She was in the bedroom with the queen bed. The sheets on the bed were dark gray so any evidence of bed bugs would have been difficult to see,...

"Great property!"

"Beautiful facility, clean room with excellent furnishings and bedding."

"Great restaurant, fantastic happy hour. Location is perfect for day trips to other towns along Lake Michigan"

"They have carpet in rooms witch for pet friendly hotels should be vinyl floors .also put in adjoining room again not good for dogs. Plus the outer door to hall has a large gap all the way around door. Then sliding door for shower leaked. Also sliding barn doors for bathroom dont close tight. The internet was terrible in the hotel. We think you could real use a update of rooms. Staff was friendly and people were friendly to our dogs."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful"

"The hotel was clean, the staff were very helpful and efficient, the breakfasts were great. My only complaint was that the rooms were dated and dreary."

"Everything was better than we expected."

"Great hotel with friendly staff and awesome location."

"All amenities were excellent. I only wished I could stay longer."

"Hotel parking lot had a bunch of debris in it, the weekend day shift girl wore sweatpants/shirt to work. Didn’t stay at desk, was in the office. The continental breakfast lacked. No hot food, out of stock things. Just not a good experience for the amount of money spent. Would not stay again, nor recommend this hotel."
