"Excellent customer service. Mostly clean rooms and beds… mostly. Stain on our comforter and blonde hairs from previous customers. Walls were a bit dirty. Breakfast was literally not good honestly I don’t know why it’s listed as highly rated. However, I am particular about my food. The coffee, tea and smoothies were good. I also don’t know why it is listed as 5 star hotel? Definitely not. At all. Probably an okay 4 star or a good 3 star. Great service from employees, we had the king size bed - small rooms but that is expected in Tokyo. Good location very close to train stations and convenience stores. Close to Shibuya and Shinjuku by walking less than 30 minutes for most things, but out of the super busy areas. Don’t regret staying, however I will not choose it again based off of the price. They did clean the room everyday and the shower/bath combination was nice with great pressure and hot water. Should not be more than $200 a night in my humble opinion. Nice view from balcony. There is a little walk area. Close to shinjuku garden which was beautiful. Decent hotel, however the listing made it sound a lot nicer than it was. "

"The room was slightly bigger than the other Japan hotels we stayed at. Def still tight though if you have a lot of luggage. The amenities were good and we liked the bathroom. The spot is very convenient. The view from our room was nice. We know it’s next to the red light district, but if you are from America it def doesn’t feel like that and the people standing outside have big jackets on. It’s very easy to ignore them. Plus the area has so many restaurants and people around that it kind of jus feels like they are just there."

"Location of the hotel is great, convenient to access from Haneda or Narita Airport. Lots of shopping and food options. Standard double room size is adequate and staff are friendly. In terms of room usage, there are no hooks to hang towels and the lights switches are irritating. Also, there are not enough washing machines, 3 machines for the entire hotel is hardly enough. There should be machines on every floor. But overall great hotel and I would stay there again the next time I am in Tokyo. "

"The place is located in a very central location. You get a free beer hour and amenities like towels , coffee, toothpaste and brush and mouth wash, sandles. there's a laundry room you can use if you pay wich is reasonable. The showers were clean , the toilets also and the seats are heated with bidet's. The only things I would say I want to point out is I am 5'8 in freedom units and the bed just barely fit me when in the elevated position. So be aware if you are taller this might be a tight fit. There is a fan but no AC . So those who like a cool temp might have an issue. I did not And the other thing is when the beds are flat you can almost not open the door to your pod. My keypad malfunctioned and I couldn't initially get out of the unit. I had to push my mattress up to get the door past it. The staff quickly helped me once I could get out to ask. But overall as a solo traveler I very much enjoyed my stay For people who are wondering because I was nervous about fitting your luggage. There is a roll out shelf under your bed the size of the bed so any suitcase will fit with ease "
