"My wife and I needed a hotel in Tustin for just one night. Usually, we're staying in the more well-known hotels when we travel. The Lemon Heights Inn was very close to where we needed to be, and the price was right. To be honest, the price was so good that I was a little worried about what we would find upon our arrival. I was shocked at how new everything looked. This hotel was built in the 70's, but the refresh did it right, not just a little paint slopped about. The pool area looked brand new, the parking lot was freshly paved, and the room was very clean and modern. Even the windows had been replaced with double-pane glass. The ONLY complaint I have is the bathroom's hanging barn-style door. There is a little gap that takes away a bit of privacy. I'd stay there again though, in a heartbeat. "

"Very bare bones place. Not much in terms of amenities, and the one notable one in the room, the television, did not work. I suppose that really soured me on the experience, but I would not stay there again."

"Decent property, rooms clean. Air conditioning not so well. Wish the Air Conditioning was colder and stronger. Took room too long to even get a little fresh and AC unit was broken/missing the flap that points the direction of the AC. But overall Decent for the price. "

"This is the nicest Motel 6 I've ever stayed in. I'm always suspicious of the 5 star reviews with no comments on hotel sites, but this one deserves it. It IS a Motel 6, so no bathrobes or hair dryers or in-room coffee. But this one appears to have been recently painted and was very clean. There's even crown molding! It's in Old Town Tustin, so a decent area with enough parking. And the man who checked me in and out was very nice."

"Check in was fine. Didn't catch the additional parking fee on the website. Staff was helpful in navigating that all. We stayed in room 156 and the internet could not support streaming. The front desk offered us the pw for the conference ctr which we appreciated. Ordered bf via the website for $20/day, did not realize that most items on the bf menu were $10-16 so lost some $ there. Customer service was slow on Saturday but Sunday was ok. The food, was not that great. Ordered avocado toast that basically was guacamole spread on bread w/some arugula topping. Husband ordered basically eggs/bacon on pizza crust. There are plenty of nearby places to get bf so I would pass. The area is nice. Enjoyed the parks with our dog. I could feel the springs in the bed so there's that. Baseboards were dirty. We always bring Clorox wipes and do a clean before settling in. Average stay overall."

"IT IS NOT A MARRIOT in a traditional sense. This is more like a motel 6 that was purchased and rebranded into Marriot… the rooms are old, and gross. I’m sure they were converted from smoking rooms. The smell of whatever cleaning product they use to mask the smell of rot and mold is so overpowering it’s still on me. This is not a family friendly hotel. It is gross. With gross rooms and the clientele wasn’t that great either. For $150/night I thought i was getting a better room to be honest. This felt more like a $60 room. Just gross and ridiculously overpriced for what it is. Nasty . I can’t quote the big bites but my legs are now riddled with Bites and they weren’t before the stay. "
