"Not a good value. Bad experiences from the beginning. Outdated room. At almost 4 pm we left our room but had not had any service or even towels refreshed. Resort fee was charged but we did not use any of the supposed ‘benefits’ except we were handed 2 bottles of water leaving check-in. "We weren’t advised by Expedia or the check in at the hotel, regarding the resort fees which tapped out the deposit. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time when there are additional charges."
