"Went on our honeymoon in July 2026, before the 4th. Tucked away from most major traffic, not too far from Ala Moana Mall or the beach. Bus stop for the W-line to airport directly outside was very convenient - skip the car rental and rely on the bus if you can spare the time. No issues with mold or smells, lots of provided shampoo/conditioner/body soap, just a good clean room to collapse in. McDonalds, ABC convenience store, and multiple restaurants all on the same block. "The room should have been cleaner. There were brown rings around the faucet in the bathroom sink. We had housekeeping come in daily and the floor was never vacuumed. The AC was loud and had a mildew like smell. The staff were all very friendly and the rest of the hotel was great!"

"The place is cheap for Hawaii and is an airport hotel, but I somehow expected it to be more upscale because of the Wyndham name. It was a little rundown in some ways (e.g., the elevator was dark and had stripped off flooring). It also charged separately for parking, which was expensive (just a few dollars less than parking at a hotel on Waikiki Beach), and it was sometimes difficult to find a spot. "I visited this resort with kids for a few days before going next door to the Four Seasons. The Aulani Disney resort has the cool water activities for kids and a variety of restaurants that should satisfy even those with discerning taste buds."

"Everything was first rate. Located around the corner from the main strip so it was calmer and quiet. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Has a wonderful bakery next door. Pool was nice. Also appreciated water refilling stations. Staff were welcoming and helpful, especially at the valet parking. Will return."

"I always stay at Ala Moana hotel. Because l like everything about the hotel. The service, staff, housekeeping. Everything is top tier quality. I would recommend anyone who is planning to go to Hawaii, should stay at Ala Moana hotel not becyi say so but because everything is here. It’s centralized. You’ve got ur hotel, then there’s the beach and u have the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Also there’s restaurants in the vicinity. So to sum it up it’s a perfect location."

"It was an amazing experience, for staying at the Holiday Inn for the first time in Hawaii, it was a blast. Room was nice and cool, including free great delicious breakfast!! And close to stores and 6 min walk from the Beaches!!! Stag was great and very efficient to getting your room and they also hold my luggage while I waited to check-in time."

"Room 1615 had a moldy smell and the staff were notified many times. Coffee cream was old. When put on coffee it becomes lumpy and the coffee tasted bad. Front desk was notified. We did not stay much in the room and if we did we opened the sliding door to let fresh air in. Bathroom smelled better than the sleeping area. We will think twice about staying here again. Most staff was not as friendly. Room 1603 had the same smell problem but not as bad as 1615. My kids were not able to check in at 3pm...
