"The property itself is nice and well-located, but overall, I felt there was significant room for improvement especially for the price.
The check-in process was disorganized, and very little was explained. I had to figure out basic details on my own, including property information and the purpose of wristbands. While a few staff members were helpful, most interactions felt rushed or dismissive, as if questions or requests were an inconvenience.
The biggest issue was how overcrowded the resort felt. There were many non-hotel guests using amenities, particularly the pools, and wristbands were not being enforced. On the night of the fireworks, non-guests were openly using the pool area and taking up seating meant for paying guests.
Cleanliness also seemed impacted by the volume of people. Restrooms were limited, often far from key areas, and frequently dirty. At one point, I even saw a homeless individual using the drinking fountain, which added to the sense that access to the property was not being managed.
On a positive note, housekeeping was excellent, and the baggage hold staff were friendly and helpful. Staff also recommended nearby offsite parking, which saved money compared to the expensive on-site parking.
However, considering the high cost of the stay and food on property, the experience did not feel exclusive or worth the price. The atmosphere felt somewhat bland, and improvements like better poolside service, music, or activities could enhance the experience."
