"We were denied the room at the check in , despite showing our confirmation number . Shifted to some third grade hotel our room was full of mosquitoes. The owner Virender was helpful , however the same cannot be said about the staff.
Staff is from rural areas, need training on hospitality."
"I would never recommend this hotel. Services are pathetic of all times. Getting water bottles from them is a tedious task. We waited for more than an hour just for water bottles. They offer small water bottles and that too after multiple request. Even the reception was found helpless. Never plan to stay with family at least. "
