Great location, spacious place, and overall very nice. Only cons would be there are no TVs, trash cans (other than a tiny one in the bathroom), and seems to be a loading dock outside that a driver was unloading things/making noise most of the night.

The idea of the apartment was great. I was worried about the self check in but the process was smooth. The apartment itself was well presented. However, we have not been informed of major building work taking place right outside the windows and as result we were woken up every morning at 7am even though this was meant to be a relaxed holiday stay. I have contacted the staff asking for swapping apartment to a quieter side but this was not possible. The apartment next door to us had hosted a party where over 10 people were loud past midnight and all I could hear was the party. The fact that there is no staff on side made this difficult to address and resulted in not enjoyable stay.

Check in process is very cumbersome. I like the idea of having no front desk but not having to chase the check in process via email. If you need some documentation requirtements and you are requiring check process to be different than a normal hotel, then try harder to make it easy.

(+) Sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung in einem gepflegten Appartmenthaus. (o) Die Fenster im Wohn- und Esszimmer haben leider keine Vorhänge oder Plissees, die Schlafzimmer lassen sich aber mit Vorhängen verdunkeln. (o) Parken ist nur in umliegenden Parkhäusern zu mind. 20 Euro pro Tag möglich. (-) Etwas störend war der frühmorgendliche Lieferverkehr vor dem Haus. Die Fenster sind wenig schallisolierend. (—) Geärgert hat uns, dass um Punkt 10 Uhr die Zugangskarten deaktiviert wurden. Wer dann noch ein letztes Mal ins Haus muss, steht vor verschlossenen Türen.

Super gelegen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt, viele Sehenswürdigkeit sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, ÖPNV nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Liebevoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Bestens zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sher schönes und großzügiges Zimmer Appartment . Ruhig gelgen und dennoch zentral. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeiten und Anfahrtmöglichkeit zur Ausladen des Gepäcks eingeschränkt. Postiv fanden wir auch dass endlich mal kein Fernseher vorhanden war. Prima.
