You are absolutely right, the public bus service would take10 mins and travels frequently, a private/hired vehicle will take approx 5 mins drive to the town centre depending on the traffic hours. Thank you for your feedback m&m. We apologise for any inconvenience or miscommunication caused during your trip to Tonga. Your feedback will enable us to improve on our services to our guests. But just to set the record straight so that are no confusion for our future guests: *Breakfast is included daily and its a Tropical breakfast. We lay everything on the table in the morning as its more convenient for all our guests to help themselves whenever they are awake. *Broadband/Wifi: We have just gotten this connected just before your arrived and we did communicate to you the cost per GB but unfortunately you did not want to pay this after your use. *$50TOP transport cost. I believe you are referring to the Airport shuttle pickup as this is the cost. Any transportation to anywhere else, we charge very reasonably or we offer you alternatives. *Laundry: We also communicated this to you the cost but unfortunately you did not want to pay. Overall, we have learnt something valuable here and we will endeavour to put in processes to improve on all our services and make sure that we communicate everything in the beginning. While Our Villa is of quality with Air con and fully furnished/equipped and our price is very affordable and included in your room rate, some services are extra cost but reasonable price in TOP.
