The hotel is in wonderful, quiet garden. The breakfast was excellent. Online check in was not too complicated. The only thing i would mention is that the beds are rather small and very firm.

If they had more staff, they were able to open the spa area, the restaurant and the hotel bar. All were closed. The breakfast Service was good and the design of the hotel is nice!

Very uncomfortable beds and low quality of breakfast. Interiors need desperately someone who will make it more visually appealing and functional. Hotel is in a small town but charging 6eur for parking as an additional source of revenues.

The hotel says they have a 24-hour front desk, but they onky have a receptionist for 12 hours. The security person there for the other 12 hours isn't able to assist with any concerns. Ehen I checked in the pillow cases was filled with hair and Inwas concerned it was not clean. The room was also dusty, and I had to wipe it along with cleaning the bathroom. It was disappointing. They try to charge for everything. If you want a robe or slippers, they will charge for it. The hotel also did not have hot water for my last night, and the morning I checked out. Inasked one of the ladies to fill my water bottlenwith hot water so I could use that water to clean up since it was very cold outside which meant the water from the shower was also very cold and she told another guest (because she thought I couldn't understand her) that I thought this was America and asked to speak to the manager and I was strange or not normal for expecting to get a hot shower every day. It is very rude to discuss other guest with customers even if you think they don't speak the language. Overall, my experience was disappointing.

Das einzige was an diesem Hotel schön ist, ist die Lage und der nette Check In. Das Zimmer wirkte vernachlässigt und renovierfähig. Die Türknäufe waren kaputt, die Heizung hat kaum funktioniert und die Wohntextilien waren leider so verstaubt und ungepflegt, dass ich kaum nachts atmen konnte. Das Frühstück ist mangelhaft.

Herrliche Architektur, schöne Einrichtung der Lobby. Guter Kaffee zum Frühstück. Die Zugangscodes zur Eingangstür wurden mittags per E-Mail gesendet - DANKE(!) - zu der Zeit waren wir schon 4 Stunden im Auto unterwegs. Ein Hinweiszettel war an der Eingangstür - allerdings war der Zettel umgeklappt und daher unlesbar. Nach unserem Anruf erhielten wir die Zugangsdaten. Am Ankunftstag war kein Personal im Hause (17:30 Uhr Ankunft) - Restaurant nicht besetzt. Kein Essen, keine Getränke im Hause verfügbar. Das Restaurant ist nur an zwei bis drei Tagen geöffnet - wurde uns vorher nicht bekannt gegeben. Sehr schwache Beleuchtung im ganzen Haus (abends im Restaurant musste die Handy-Taschenlampe zum Lesen der Speisekarte helfen). Sauna und Whirlpool mussten extra bezahlt werden und waren nicht an jedem Tag verfügbar. Nach 1 Stunde wurden Sauna und Whirlpool abgeschaltet und der Raum verschlossen. Keine Wohlfühl-Entspannung möglich. Am 2. Tag wurde uns die Eingangstür "vor der Nase" zugemacht als eine Angestellte das Haus verliess und wir es betreten wollten. Das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber - allerdings hatten wir hier ständig verstopfte Nasen (Staub in der Luft). Bei geöffnetem Fenster kam ständig Zigarettengeruch von den Zimmern unter uns. Die scharfkantige Bettumrandung und die harte Matratze ohne federnden Lattenrahmen haben uns Schmerzen bereitet. Die Betten wurden nie gemacht - außer von uns selbst. Wir werden sicherlich nicht wieder kommen.

Prisvärt hotell

Mycket prisvärt hotell, jag betalade bara 590kr för ett stort rum. Restaurang var ok till det pris som en middag kostade 140kr inklusive stor öl. Det var väl ingen gourmet restaurang direkt så ha inte för stor förväntan. Frukosten hade allt som man kan förvänta sig så den var bättre än vad priset skvallrar om.

es war eigentlich alles sehr schön.Nette Einrichtung,gutes Frühstück. Was absolut nicht gut war,das Bett ist Steinhart.Wir haben auch eine Feste Matratze Zuhause ,aber die war hart.So das mir von letzter Nacht noch der Rücken wehtut.

Das Hotel wirbt mit 4 Sterne Standard. Auf der Internetseite wird vieles angeboten: 24h Rezeption, Wäschebügelservice, Zimmerservice. Kontakt kurz vor Aufenthalt per Chat-Bot. Info: Rezeption seit Jahren (!) nicht am Sonntag und sonst auch nur 7-19 Uhr. Bitte selbst bügeln, kein Zimmerservice. Bitte per Schlüsselbox einchecken. Es herrscht Personalmangel. Trotzdem waren wir zufrieden, denn es war eine 3-Sterne Dienstleistung zu einem 3-Sterne Preis. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Mycket bra!!!

Mycket trevligt Hotel med allt man kan önska sig för en trivsam vistelse. Vi stannade en natt inför utflykt till bohemiska sweish och var tveksamma efter bokningen då vi läste dåliga kommentarer på Google. Frukosten var mycket bra, minibar, trevlig personal och rena rum. Rekommenderas varmt. Vårt hund fick vara med på frukosten!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Würden immer wieder dort einkehren. Wir haben gut geschlafen, lecker gefrühstückt und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber.

Wir sind mit 10 Leuten angereist, das da der Check in, der nur mit 1 Person besetzt war etwas länger dauern würde, ist verständlich und für mich auch in Ordnung. Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen hat und auch der Hauptgrund für die Reservierung in diesem Hotel war, ist der Wellnessbereich und Abendessen im Hoteleigenem Restaurant. Ankunft war am Sonntag und an der Rezeption lagen die Öffnungszeiten für den Wellnesbereich aus, wo bis 22 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte. Auf die Nachfrage nach dem Manager, wurde uns mitgeteilt er sei nicht anwesend. Das gebuchte Doppelzimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet, auch im Bad gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Wir buchten ein Hotel mit Restaurant um am Abend essen zu können und die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurant stimmten nicht über ein mit den Infos der Realität. Somit mussten wir extern essen gehen. Zwei Zimmer waren mit Ameisen verschmutzt, die sich über Nacht in unsere Motorrad Bekleidung einnisteten. 4 Sterne (Tschechien) war das für mich nicht. Es mangelte an der Möglichkeit der englischen Verständigung, Bar und Restaurant abends geschlossen. Sehr schade!

Man konnte sich abends nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr in die Gaststätte setzen. Nur noch in die Lobby. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Das Frühstücksangebot war für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht befriedigend. Es gab nicht einmal Schalen für die Marmelade.

Nice Hotel, front desk indifferent.

Thought I booked for five nights, turns out I missed the Friday. On business I was having a rest before the next meeting when they knocked on the door and said I had to leave. What? I thought I booked till tomorrow. You are only booked to today, you must leave. May I book the room for another night? No, you must leave. I gathered my things together and went down to the front desk to talk to her. I am not due to leave till tomorrow, may I book another room? You do it through Expedia. Now, half asleep I opened up the app and booked the Hotel. Word of warning! There are three Morris hotels in the area. I searched Morris Hotel, Novy Bor. At the top, Morris Hotel. I booked it, waited my turn and presented it to her. This is not this Morris hotel, this is the Morris hotel in the next town 20min away. Oh, same hotel group? Yes. Can you switch? No, you must go there. Next. I drove there and asked if they could do anything. The front desk person was friendly. Let me see if I can switch, he called the hotel and was told, no rooms. I’m very sorry he said, no refund. I left and drove back to Novy Bor and got a Pension to stay at. My business is in Novy Bor, not the next town over. Terrible service.
