"The power went off twice, the water went out once, the shower never worked properly, and there was a cosmetic hole in one of the walls. Other than that, the place was honestly pretty good - clean, reasonably quiet, well appointed, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous location."

"Stay was very nice. Apartment was in the middle of everything. Staff were lovely"

"Everything I loved."

"We have a great room complete with kitchen on the upper floor. This place would be great with family as the sofa can be converted into a twin bed. The manager was super guy. Help us carrying the bag up the stair, no lifts at the residence. Hotel does not provide breakfast, but for €5 you can have a nice one next door. The location was perfect for us as we can walk to the train and to all the places in Venezia. Overall tis is a great place to stay."

"Vi overnattede 7 dage med familie på 4 Fin lejlighed, da var der lige lidt ting der godt kunne blive peppet lidt op. Ude område omkring poolen var fantastisk og rigtig hyggeligt. Fin pool, ikke så stor med til plads. Bus lige udenfor hotellet direkte til Venedig centrum på 15 min."

"Just the right place to stay near St. Marco. Away from tourists in quiet neighbourhood. Many great restaurants are in 5min walking distance. I will be back for sure 😍😍😍"

"I would highly recommend this property, it was very very clean and the staff was very helpful and gave clear directions to the property. They were very quick in answering any questions that I had and helped with directions for best ways to navigate the city."
