"Check in was really slow, I wasn't told about the building or where my room is. I was given the wrong key card, so I had to wait another half an hour for the error to be corrected. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room. Over all I am disapionted. "

"Clean decent rooms and amenities for the price. Staff were accommodating and supportive. Less than 10 mins away from the Medical Centre so perfect for short stays. The small kitchen corner was a plus. "

I thought I had already paid online by debit card. At the counter, I had to check my bank account again to make sure there was no duplicate payment before I paid. The room, towels, and bedding were average; just a few hairs and specks were found. Breakfast was as good as expected."
