"Every thing about the property was exceptional, nice big bedroom/comfortable large bed, nothing too much trouble for every member of staff and ideally located 🤗"
"We had a basic twin room with 2 single beds (comfy enough), air conditioned (a welcome treat in this heat) the toilet/shower area is a bit small though, the rooms and corridors were clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and polite, they serve a full continental breakfast and the hotel does have 24-hour food service (Pizza, grilled cheese and deserts) for between midnight and breakfast, great for us that came back at 3am after been out for drinks, and lastly there is parking straight across from the hotel and is also close to the city centre. I would recommend this hotel to others."
"Very disappointed that on one of the hottest days 30c+ there was no AC in bedroom. Nothing was mentioned on checking in. Fan was supplied in room. I think there should have been a discount offered."
"Very comfortable stay for a couple of nights. Room was clean and functional (though basic), beds were comfortable. Location was great - right in the city centre. Check in, check out, parking etc was simple and without issue. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and eat as much as you like - reasonably priced."
"Hotel is under going a refurbishment and our room (408) looked like it had been finished recently. Very well appointed, lovely bed and a good size room.
The only downside is the hotels car park which is situated a short distance away but the biggest issue is the size of the car park and the access. Ideally you need a VERY small car to navigate in and out and indeed inside. For any future stays I would probably use the NCP car park next door !"
