"Worst experience ever"

"Check-in was smooth, but the wait for the room was far too long. By 5:00 PM, I still hadn’t received any notification. When I went to the front desk, I was told the room was still being cleaned, and it was only after I complained that they arranged another room for me. The room looked clean overall, but some less noticeable areas, such as the chair backs and the wall shelves, didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. The bathtub also drained a bit slowly, which could be improved."

"It took a long time to get the room cleaned. The bathroom was not well cleaned as there were some blood stains on the floor and hair in the shower after the room had been cleaned . The breakfast was good. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed the pool."

"The staff were very friendly and the building was well maintained. I thought it might be a new motel because everything looked so nice, so I was surprised when they said it was 20 years old! It's modern, clean, and we enjoyed our stay."

"It was very difficult to get to the main lobby because of the retirement living on floors 1-4. We had to go out the back entrance and go around the hotel to get to amenities (front desk, indoor pool). We also asked the front desk for a couple of glasses for our room they said they would send them up we never received them. They room itself was clinical no decorations no lamps. The bathroom was ok. We will never stay at this hotel ever again."
