"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the airport transfer service arranged by your hotel this morning. The vehicle provided was simply unfit for service. It broke down multiple times along the way, and the driver was forced to take highly unsafe measures—such as reversing up hills or coasting downhill with the engine off and no brakes.
