"We booked a balcony room with Mountain View and we were very disappointed. The balconies are not private at all. You can see and hear the neighbors next to you. The Mountain View was not what you would think as I mainly saw the neighboring homes roofs and from the far corner I could see a bit of the mountain. Not really a room you should advertise as a Mountain View room. Very disappointed and unhappy about this."

"The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately our stay was affected by a maintenance issue. The curtain above our bed had fallen down, and we reported it first thing in the morning. We were told it would be repaired after 3:30 pm that day. When we checked with reception around 5:00 pm, we were informed that the handyman had already left for the day and the curtain would not be fixed. As a result, we had a very poor night's sleep. "I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms."

"Our loft room had two huge pillars which really got in the way, if you get this type of room ask to change. Amenities were very good, nice pool, hot tub, saunas, gym etc. breakfast was very good, had dinner at the restaurant which has lots of awards but our dishes were hit and miss. Fish was terribly overcooked and for top dollar I expected much better. Staff were ok but not overly helpful. Linens are ok but not great. Location is very central and convenient."

"Love the location, right in the main strip. Room was Very clean, the only improvement I would suggest is to add microwave and refrigerator to the room. The staff very accommodating, friendly and everything was ready for our arrival. The breakfast was amazing - great spread of food for the whole family."
