Arcotel hotels in Norwich

"Very comfy beds, breakfast is a bit chaotic but they said they were short staffed. Metal teapots could do with a better clean and soft drinks were a bit expensive. Staff were friendly, driving range was fun and we had full use of spa, pool and gym. Nice relaxing few days away.. recommend the Sugar Beat and Duke of Delhi if you want to eat off site. "

"Expedia…. I accidentally put the wrong dates in for my stay, and I only realised once I’d booked, basically the wrong month.. When I tried to amend it they wouldn’t, they told me to cancel my booking (with no refund) and re book.. so I never actually stayed and the hotel got paid tegardless"
