"The hotel is very peaceful and quiet, hotel is spotlessly clean. And the restaurant serves excellent food, The Hotel is around 26 minutes to bath & 40 minutes to Bristol .

Our stay was very comfortable.
Our room was very well equipped, clean.
We had biscuits, teas coffe hot chocolate, water and milk and juice on our arrival.
Everything you could need in the room.
But if you did need anything the staff would be happy to help.
The room and pub was so clean .
The breakfast were your good and lots of it.
Evening meals we ate there 2 nights and all meals very good.

I reported this expecting the hotel to take it seriously, deep clean the room, and protect future guests. Unfortunately, the response was shocking. Receptionist, couldnt care less, said unsure what the policy is and someone would call me back. 1x week later no phone call or communication. Called back again, receptionist this time did apologise, but said the duty manager is very busy with event this weekend...
"Too small family room( 2 adults and 2 kids), and too small bathroom and toilet. Family room should have more space . Need more cloth hangers. We stay only 1 night so its ok to bear, but if more than 2 nights,it could be terrible experience."
