"Room had the weirdest musty smell that wouldn’t go away even with the window open. Smelled like mold and clothes that got left in the washing machine for too long… woke up with a sore throat every morning."

"Checking young fellow friendly. Hotel has been renovated by people who have limited construction knowledge bathroom door lock totally misaligned. Told morning guy. Shrugged it off. Then another customer checked iout telling the same story. Could be very nice if they had hired professionals. Breakfast was good. Location good. Just poorly run."

"It was horrible abuse. I have stayed in many Quality Inns and almost none cheat me. But this one jacked up the deposit so high, that I was refused a room AFTER I PAID FOR IT. I also had trouble getting Expedia to help me (I usually do not). And I was on the phone having trouble with BOTH this hotel AND Expedia for hours. This was the beginning of actual physical and emotional abuse for me in Lacrosse. I would advise people not to come to Wisconsin, period. It's awful"

Then police tried to rob me of my luggage and treated me like a...

"The hotel is in the prefect location as you’re in walking distance to every thing. Unfortunately we were only able to park one vehicle on the property due to a festival weekend. Which there are parking structures very close by. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly."

"Very clean and staff very friendly"

"The only complaint is that the bathroom pocket door was very hard to open and close and the lock didn’t work."

"Easy check in. Central location and walkable. Awesome rooftop!"

"Things to be aware of would be stained carpeting and dated furnishings. The bed was too hard for us but I'm aware that is a personal preference. In all the hotel was just fine. Nothing to get excited about but did the job."

"clean well kept hotel easy access to hwy"

"We’ve been staying at this location for 3 years whenever we visit our son. The upkeep on the location has declined and in the most recent visit, one of the beds in the room was broken off the base and would tip if you sat down one side."

"Very nice hotel - well maintained. Decent breakfast. A bit hard to locate. Located on Gundersen Health Care campus. Staff were very helpful."

"Things were just ok. Staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Paid more attention to themselves than with making themselves available to customer. Very non/engaging staff."

"Great!"
