"The rooms are clean. The staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is good but not too much to choose from. Parking is very easy."

"We asked for a handicapped room for a person in a wheelchair. The handicapped room was like a closet - very small and hard for him to turn his wheelchair around. The bathroom tiles on the floor were cracked and the floor sloped down which make it hard for him to control his wheelchair and also allowed water from the shower to run onto the floor. The toilet was against the wall at the end of the bathroom with a wall directly in front of the toilet, so your knees almost touched the wall. How...

"Clean room. Friendly staff!"

"Not enough parking"

"The hotel is under construction, and I had to wait until 4:30 p.m. to check in because the rooms weren’t ready. The staff seemed very stressed out. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was basically water. There was no warm water in the shower. I’ve stayed here many times, and it has always been a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately, things have changed, and now it’s a mess."

"Room was spotless. Laundry on site, affordable. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious."

"I was honestly pretty nervous after reading so many bad reviews before my stay. But now that I’m here, it’s really fine! It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel, but it gets the job done and serves our needs well. My only real complaint is the parking lot. I came back pretty late from dinner last night and couldn't find a single open spot. Assuming there’s at least one space per room, management really needs to make sure only registered guests are parking there."

"Great place clean room and comfortable"

"Bathroom was excellent for older travelers. The climate control was quiet and easy to adjust. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was more than adequate with fresh items."

"The room was nice and clean and the nearby restaurant/bar served good food. I would definitely stay here again."

"ห้องพักกว้างสะอาด แต่ เก่า พนักงานสุภาพ ช่วยเหลือดี"

"Very disappointing experience. We arrived on Friday around 2:30 PM for my son’s college Parents’ Weekend, and from the moment we approached the front desk, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping us. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism was surprising, especially from someone in a management position. Unfortunately, the room was not much better. The bathtub was extremely dirty, and we even found someone else’s sock left in the room,...

"The floors in the room were not very clean, and the hallway on the 4th floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke."
