"Great location if you plan to use Seattle's light rail, it runs right by the hotel. There is shopping near by. Didn't use laundry facilities but they do have them. The thermostat works very well, room was very comfortable, bed was great!! "

The motel feels very safe, though I know there have historically been some safety concerns in the neighborhood, I felt quite safe walking to nearby restaurants. However, the main road outside the motel is VERY busy and not pedestrian friendly. Motel has some unusual security notices that might put off some...

"Considering this was booked last minute to meet friends in Seattle during Memorial Day weekend, we were pleasantly surprised with our room. Definitely will be considering this property again because we come down to the Northgate area quite often."

"My room was clean and quiet. McDonalds and Starbucks are across the street. An Indian restaurant is nextdoor. Northgate station is close."

"Hopefully the management company fixed the washer but besides that everything was perfect clean and fine! A large space so it’s perfect for small families or a group of friends who want to hangout in a chill neighborhood. The light rail is only an uber away"

Excellent and very well stocked kitchen and nice furnishings throughout. A long stay would be easy. There is an alley way parking spot but only small cars would fit. No problem finding street parking. I plan to go back. Host is great. "
