"We were travelling From Canada, when we were looking on Expedia for a place to stay close by where we need to do some sightseeing, we came across this motel and originally it said it had a pool as I was travelling with my little kids and it was they’re first time being in the states, when I checked in there’s no pool, so I was trying to cancel but said I had to pay a full night stay which sucks so we ended up staying. "Great renovated historic property on the Mississippi River and next to the downtown area of Hastings, MN. Plenty of trails, places to eat, and some shopping. Excellent rooms, food and drink patio and onsite restaurant."

"My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either."

"Have stayed here multiple times in the past. This time started off ok. The breakfast needed more help the one person working was doing his best but was manning the desk and doing breakfast. True issue came second day when we woke up to the entire hotel not having hot water. Was told it was the city's fault! I never heard of a city that sends hot water directly to any building. We were here for a graduation along with probably all the other guests. Was not able to shower for the event. ...

"Vanity sink was not cleaned properly and toilet failed to flush properly. Breakfast was very limited in quality items. The coffee did not taste like coffee at all and was so acidic that it curdled the half & half. Unfortunately, it's the only option in New Prague."
