"This is a beautiful new hotel with garage parking, a great breakfast, friendly staff, and locates in the beautiful city of Post Falls. The entire property was very clean and the layput of the rooms is amazing! There is a great lounge area with cool little patio if you like to sit outside. "

"We absolutely love this lodge, its amazing, friendly clean. I love the rustic atmosphere, there is nothing like it its open always, any time of year! Beautiful lodge Beautiful views. Tons of hiking. Also to the hot springs is a short drive and a hike. If you have never been you should go!"

"Clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for our stay! Would stay again. There was no breakfast as advertised and I saw that in a few comments prior to booking but the price was still great for our short stay 7:45pm til 8:30am. "

"We were supposed to have a queen size and a twin bed however when we checked in we did not. We are not picky people so we asked if perhaps they had a roll out, they kindly brought it to the room. It was AWFUL!!!! The springs were visibly sticking out of the thing!!!! The bed in our room was equally awful with springs showing through!!! My husband, our daughter and I did not sleep very well at all way too uncomfortable."

"I rented the room for my neighbors as an anniversary present. The room they got was not the room they wanted nor the room I thought I was renting, based on the website. My neighbors enjoyed their stay but is was disappointing to rent a room that was different than what they wanted and what the website showed . The room was supposed to have a jetted tub in their room, not a hot tub outside. "

"This place is very good. You should stay here. It's simple and straightforward, but you can tell that the owners/operators truly care and have sweated the details. This is a place where they can proudly invite their friends and family to stay. Name-brand toilet paper, nice shampoo and body wash and lotion, nice bathroom fixtures, nice towels, good mattresses, lots of hooks on the walls for hanging your gear, white noise machines to combat the train noise (which didn't bother me at all), and...

"its a hidden treasure... its a little surprising when you first drive in it looks like a motel .. but when open the door its amazing.. from the cleanliness to the details and charm ... the bed is amazing..i will stay here the next time I'm here . also the cute Mexican restaurant juniors right across the street .... just adds to it all. i would give it a 10...oh and the staff is there help in any way "

"For a small town hotel, we were a little sceptical at first but it was a good stay. Obviously not super modern with appearance but the room was clean and the pool and hot tub were nice. We were a little disappointed that the restaurant for breakfast was closed but overall, a good stay on our road trip"

"First time staying at this hotel and in Ponderay. Very nice hotel and the front desk staff was really nice and friendly. Great location and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We were not very far from Sandpoint either. It was also pet friendly, which was great. We will definitely stay there again! "

"The room was clean. The property is old. They’ve tried to keep it up, but it’s not great. The area was sketchy. I felt uneasy with my car parked in the lot. The mattress was not great, and the pillows were lumpy."

"The beds are very comfy, was offered no WiFi. No towels in the pool area, when calling to the front desk they required us to walk through the hotel to the front desk to get towels while we were dripping wet. Toaster only worked on 1 side in the breakfast area. The room looked like paint was splattered on the walls. People were nice, though I don’t think I’ll stay here again. "
