"I loved almost everything about the hotel from the bed being really comfortable staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great Only thing i did not like is that the bathroom fan was nit working "

"I loved the security with the needing room card to go up in the elevators. Although perhaps the stairs should have those too? The hot tub seems to need some maintenance, the jets were kind of weak and the water level was kind of low. Breakfast buffet was excellent! The room was excellent! Customer service was excellent. Loved the machine for coffee/hot chocolate/hot water for tea. I’d definitely stay there again."

"Nicely renovated building with ample parking. Restaurant on site. We ate there and it was pretty good. The prices vs quality/quantity were about average. Room was clean; decent sized bathroom with a nice deep tub. The bedding and tv's are in desperate need of an upgrade as they're very dated. There was also no mini fridge. Breakfast was very good, and I appreciated the containers of fresh fruit salad. Could use with a potato dish though. Other than that no complains. "

"I have stayed at this hotel many times before and have always had a pleasant stay. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. This time my room was less than desirable. The walls were dirty, the paint is cracking in the corner of the room and there were rips in my sheets. For a hotel that’s on the pricier side for this location, it was a big disappointment to see such a worn and poorly maintained room."

"The kitchen had the basics for making a meal, very fortunate that the salvation thrift store was a two minute walk away so picked up another frying pan. Parking was ample but unfortunately our room was facing the parking lot they have for commercial vehicles and they started up at 4 am with the workers gathering and probably discussing the day ahead right outside our window ."
