"Arrived and asked if they were fully booked the front desk informed that no they were not. I travelled with my 80 year old father whom can barely walk. I asked for a room close to the entrance she informed me that we are near a door. We got to the 4th floor to find our room more then half way down the all and the door that was near was for a flight of stairs... Breakfast was cold and was hoping to find some fresh fruit but nothing was available. 2/5 stay"

"Like the property very much, the staff were excellent, and the vanity is very good. The breakfast has quite the variety. The only thing that I don’t like is the Soaps in the guestroom they make your skin very dry otherwise an excellent and superior hotel"

"The fact that you advertise the room to sleep 7 when in fact it’s two beds and a sofa bed crammed into a room is very deceptive. I was very disappointed to having paid $280 for one night in this crammed room with no working air conditioning. Unacceptable"

"Not great. Bad set up. Whole hotel needs work. Bathroom floor was not vacuumed or washed. Long black hair everywhere. Hubby and I are grey. All doors need quiet closing hinges. Way too much door banging. A/C very loud with very strong fan. Sorry, wish I could have been more positive. "
