"We had a relaxing stay in a comfort room, I could see the staff took me into account by giving us the ground floor (I had mentioned I had a walking stick on the phone) I also noticed the room was great for those with a disability so it felt nice to be thought of and accommodated as I didn’t ask for this specifically. The only problem was some noisey young girls laughing in the corridors but other than that we had a pleasant stay."

"Das Hotel hat seinen Zenit definitiv überschritten. Die gesamte Ausstattung inkl. Bad benötigt dringend eine Renovierung.
Teppiche unter / hinter dem Bett seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr gesaugt worden und daher für Leute (selbst mit leichter Hausstauballergie) nicht zu empfehlen.
Man hört die ganze Nacht was auf dem Gang / in anderen Zimmern passiert inkl. Spülung/ Duschen etc.
Würde hier definitiv nicht wieder übernachten "

"Parking was an issue when another room parked over the area 9 parking spot, therefore we had to park near our front door. The screen door was hard to close quietly. Thank you for a nice visit we loved yr beautiful spot."

"The welcome from the receptionist was so friendly and kind. We had room 11 on the ground floor, it was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. There were spare pillows and blanket if needed. Loved the modern bathroom and shower. Refreshments were provided including milk and water in the fridge which was much appreciated. This Hotel has great views across the City and is only a short walk to the bars and restaurants (although the steep hill back is a challenge!) it’s only about ten mins...

"Beautiful views and was a great base for exploring the east coast. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the restaurant had a good variety of options available. Only down side was that walls were quite thin and could be a little noisy at times, but otherwise a fantastic stay!"

"Very good room that is well located in St Helens for all the amenities of the town. Immensely well kept room and the block has great laundry facilities.
Piece of feedback puzzled why no shelf for toiletries in shower even thought fittings there and also no door hooks for towels even though holes there. Add to this query why provide a “kitchenette” with all items but have to use bathroom sink to wash items that’s not ideal having to wash and wash up in.
Overall good comfortable apartment."

"A wonderful two night stay at this clean and perfectly located property. Communication and support from the staff was amazing and they could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The room was huge and easy to access with a great bathroom and a very comfy king bed. The property is close to city but set back off the street. Plenty of very close restaurant, including Buddha Thai and Pickled Evenings where we dined. Rate them both highly. Easy to navigate the sights of Launnie from this...
